Why train with me?

"My career centres around helping others to find and build the best versions of themselves, where working out becomes so much more than just losing weight or hitting specific physical goals. For me it is about finding enjoyment, motivation and positivity through movement. Throughout my life this has always transpired through dance, and more specifically; ballet. Ballet is a very strict and defined form of art, which requires self-motivation, analytical thinking and versatility.  Above all it requires passion and the willingness to work hard. These are the qualities that will power our sessions together. This isn't to say that you have to enjoy or even do ballet to feel the benefits of training with me. I will help you focus on mindset and lifestyle changes that will help you achieve your goals and make exercise an enjoyable part of your day."
